Janitorial services:

Janitorial service rates are based on square footage and the number of scheduled service dates per month. Also, factoring in the number of bathrooms, offices, break room/ kitchen areas, conference rooms, types of flooring, stairwells, reception area, lobbies and elevators as well as any other common areas.

Special cleaning services can include deep detailed cleaning of the entire building or facility, including and not

limited to dusting air vent covers, deep cleaning carpets, window washing (interior/exterior), cleaning kitchen appliances, cleaning blinds, watering plants or waxing floors.

 

Square footage prices starting at .5 cents to .10 cents a square foot per scheduled service. Adjustments are made when determining number of scheduled services in one month. Evening and day time schedules are also available.

Standard set rate for a small office janitorial cleaning service with 1 or 2 offices and 1 bathroom (windows are not included) starting at $45.00 per weekly scheduled cleaning. Standard set rate for janitorial cleaning service on 2 or 3 office and 1 or 2 bathrooms with 1 common area (lobby or reception area) Note: windows are not included $70.00 per scheduled weekly cleaning. Rate adjustment depending on number of scheduled service dates per week.

Cleaning & Maid services:

Cleaning & Maid services are always considered an initial cleaning. You are assured of an exceptional detailed cleaning service with each scheduled service. Upon arrival our team will complete a thorough maintenance inspection with detailed information regarding any item of concern with photo documentation provided with inspection report. We are happy to schedule the item of concern with our maintenance and repair department upon your request.

Our Cleaning & Maid service rates are based on square footage and scheduled weekly:

$60.00                     700-1000 square feet of living space   - 1 or 2 Bedrooms & 1 or 2 Bathrooms

$75.00-85.00          1000-1300 square feet of living space - depending on bath room & bed room count

$90.00-105.00        1300-1600 square feet of living space - depending on bath room & bed room count

$115.00-140.00      1600-2000 square feet of living space - depending on bath room & bed room count

laundry service (2 load max.) 1 bed linens & 1 towels, can be included into scheduled maid service with the use of units appliances. (this service is available at service set up)

VCCS supplies our own cleaning solutions & products, cleaning appliances and cleaning cloths. VCCS provides each scheduled cleaning with: toilet tissue (1 or 2), bar soap (1 or 2), dishwasher detergent (2 loads) and laundry detergent (2 loads)

 

Maintenance & Repair services:

The rates for Maintenance & Repair are scheduled per estimate or time and material. In the best interest of our customers satisifaction. Depending on the scope of your repair service or project, a flat fee or time and material rate may be more cost-effective (hourly is also an option depending on the situation and the service) However, you can count on our team of qualified professionals in keeping our rates affordable while providing superior workmanship. Tenant move out service:

The rates for tenant move out cleaning (furnished or unfurnished dwelling with out obstructions) we offer REO and trash out services under PMS.  Tenant move out service is based on square footage, depending on number of bathrooms and condition of dwelling. Interior  window cleaning service (includes track cleaning) is included in this rate. Carpet cleaning service starting at $50.00 rate dependant on number of rooms and square footage. The Tenant move out service is based on number of rooms and the condition of dwelling. We offer maintenanace services in conjunction with our cleaning service with prior arrangements (please call our office for rates).

PMS Field Services:

The rates for field service is by estimate and dependant on yardage of interior debris as well as on the condtion of the dwelling and if Maintenance & Repair services are needed. This service is customized to fit your needs and are unique to each dwelling. Please call our office for further information.
